Dr Fedja Hadzic has over a decade of experience developing and applying machine learning, predictive analytics and optimisation technologies to complex industrial problems.

His work has included applications across mining, mineral processing, energy and industrial operations, including the development of predictive and optimisation models for organisations such as BHP and Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers.

Fedja’s technical expertise spans machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, process optimisation and the analysis of large, complex operational datasets.

At September Labs, he leads the development of the company’s core technology and works with customers to translate operational data into practical systems that improve equipment reliability, production performance and decision-making.

Drew Bellamy is an experienced mining technology executive with more than 17 years working across technology development, commercialisation and sales to the resources sector.

He is Managing Director of AutoRun Technologies, a Perth-based mining technology company specialising in automated drilling and sampling systems, and has extensive experience taking new technologies from development through field trials, commercial deployment and ongoing customer adoption.

Drew has worked closely with major mining companies, drilling contractors and equipment manufacturers across Australia and internationally, with experience spanning automated sampling, RFID sample tracking, drilling technologies and industrial data systems.

As Sales Director at September Labs, Drew leads commercial strategy, market development and customer engagement, with a focus on applying September’s predictive maintenance, process optimisation and data intelligence technologies to practical, high-value industrial problems.
